Shipping Information
Shipping to Australia only
All items are shipped via Australia Post.
Shipping is calculated direct from Australia Post servers based on size and weight.
If your item is being sent regular parcel and fits in the parcel slot of a Post Box it will be posted within an hour or two of me receiving the order. All other items will be promptly posted over the counter at a Post Office by 5pm weekdays (excluding Public Holidays)
It is the buyers responsibility to select the postage they require.
All items posted via Australia Post now have a tracking ID which will be included in an email confirming posting of the order.
Once Australia Post marks an item as delivered or awaiting collection by the customer I will consider it as delivered.
It is then the customers responsibility to chase up any problems according to Australia Post.
NO returns are to be sent until contact has been made, via email, within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds will only be offered in the same way that payment was made, less processing fees where applicable.
Customers are solely responsible for entering the correct shipping address at purchase. Items returned by Australia Post because of incorrect information being entered will not be re-shipped until postage has been paid again.
